‘Quiet corner’
I remember our ever-lasting search for an ‘ideal’ table. It was the first pandemic winter and I missed going places oh so much. I started to create these little ‘worlds’ I longed for and managed to make this pretty nice table, too. On one of our first outings after cafes reopened we saw the real counterpart of that dream table, dark brown with some beautiful wood patterns. The search was over – and the new dining table became our family’s favourite spot in the house.
The original artwork is a paper collage with collected and hand painted papers. The print keeps the feeling of the visible textures and captures the colours of the original artwork. Printed on thicker, smooth paper.
I’m printing my artwork in its original sizes or close to them if I see the point in that. This print is A3 format, 29.7 x 42 cm, and will fit standard frames. Frame not included.
Each print will be hand signed.
