These are 54 miniature works of art by Aleksandra Ciernioch with texts by Sylwia Włodarska – full of warmth, reflection, and an invitation to… “slow down.”
This is something for people who want to slow down, listen to themselves, and go through everyday life with greater mindfulness, kindness, and peace.
What exactly will you get?
54 cards in a beautiful box, each with artwork and text on the back.
A booklet with instructions.
Card size: 10 x 14.5 cm. Printed on thicker (300 g/m²) ‘mono’ paper. This paper is designed for functional projects that will be frequently touched and handled, even in family or workshop settings. It is relatively resistant to bending, damage, and dirt.
A booklet with instructions with ideas for rituals and ways to use the cards. You’ll also find there some information about how attention works and some suggestions for mindful attention management exercises.
