Description
‘Wood pigeon’
Every year, collared doves try to build their nest in the tree in front of our kitchen window. But I can see it gets more difficult from one year to another – as there’s fierce competition for construction materials between the collared doves and the magpies.
I’m watching them since 2018. Today, on 13th March 2023 they’ve come back again!
I made this in the spring 2021, when the ornamental plum was in full bloom.
The original artwork is a paper collage with collected and hand painted papers. The print keeps the feeling of the visible textures and captures the colours of the original artwork. Printed on thicker, smooth paper.
I’m printing my artwork in its original sizes or close to them if I see the point in that. This print is 21×29,7 cm (A4 size). Frame not included.
Each print will be hand signed.
